A Franklin County native, Attorney Nicklas is devoted to servicing the legal and real estate needs of her community. 

 

Prior to entering law school Attorney Nicklas was a staff accountant for a regional accounting firm. Attorney Nicklas possesses a unique skillset with both her accounting and legal education and experience. This unique skillset allows her to assist her clients more effectively and efficiently with financial and legal issues such as Real Estate Law, Settlements &Title Insurance, Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning and Estate Administration & Probate.

Attorney Nicklas resides in Chambersburg with her husband, John, and four children.

Kari joined Peak Settlements in 2025, bringing her expansive knowledge and experience to our clients. Prior to joining the firm, Kari worked as a paralegal for 16 years with a local non-profit legal services organization.

Kari uses her considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience to help clients in the sale and purchase of real estate by providing detailed support to clients. Kari is a notary public.

Kari resides in Newville with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
